Convero acted as placement agent, on a deal-by-deal basis, for Birchway Capital's growth investment in Festina Finance, a Copenhagen-based provider of cloud-native technology platforms for pensions, life insurance, and financial planning.
The investment, of €25 million, values Festina Finance at approximately €200 million and will support the company's next phase of growth, including continued platform development and international expansion, with the UK identified as a key market. Festina Finance's platforms currently support providers responsible for roughly 10 million pension policies and 3 million banking customers across Denmark, the Netherlands, the UK, and Norway.
Convero connected Birchway Capital, a UK-based growth equity investor focused on B2B technology, fintech, and AI, with institutional capital for the transaction, consistent with Convero's Co-Investment & Deal by Deal mandate.
