2. What Data We Collect

Server and hosting logs. Like any website, ours automatically records technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This is collected by our hosting provider (Netlify) for security and operational purposes, and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Analytics (Google Analytics). Once implemented, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and how they arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this, and collects data including your IP address (truncated/anonymized where technically supported), device and browser information, and browsing behavior on this site.

Forms. This website does not currently include any contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or document intake. If any of these are added in future, this policy will be updated to describe the specific data collected and its purpose before that feature goes live.

We do not currently use any other tracking, advertising, or profiling tools beyond the above.

4. Third Country Data Transfer

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and underlying data processing may involve transfer to Google LLC in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Google's own data processing terms provide the contractual safeguards required under GDPR and revDSG for this transfer. No other third-country transfers currently take place from this website.

5. How Long We Keep Data

Server and hosting logs are retained by Netlify for a limited operational period consistent with their standard hosting terms. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured in our Google Analytics account, which we set to the shortest period consistent with our analytics needs.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time, for example by adjusting your cookie preferences, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, specifically the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or the competent German state data protection authority for Convero EU GmbH
