Convero congratulates Newport Capital on the successful final close of Newport Buyout Fund III at €170 million. Convero supported Newport Capital throughout the fundraising process as placement agent.
The fund attracted a well-diversified base of returning and new institutional LPs, family offices, and entrepreneurs, reflecting continued confidence in Newport's focused buy-and-build and value-creation strategy in the Dutch lower mid-market.
Fund III has already completed three investments since launch, including the recent acquisition of PXR Media, a Dutch media and advertising platform, reflecting Newport's active proprietary deal pipeline and hands-on investment approach.
